Jamie was very personable and kind. Her professionalism throughout allowed us to trust the advice/instruction she was providing. We really appreciated the weekly check-ins via email. I wish everyone in the building process would have adopted this practice. My reason for scoring her a 7, is due to the uncertainty and stress in the last week of closing. Her office had the closing date for 4 months and we still closed a day late. The caused much stress and $150 expense to extend our lease.
