Mike updated me almost weekly. He walked with me throughout the entire process, even when different departments needed to come in, he would follow up and give me the latest information. When I called him, if he was not able to answer my call immediately, he always returned my phone calls in a prompt manner. He also responded quickly to my emails and emailed me frequently to check on me. He has strong interpersonal communication skills that are very rare these days. GREAT JOB MIKE!
