Jamie was very good in her personal service throughout the process. We failed to meet our closing date ultimately because the underwriter was a subcontracted entity, whose failure ultimately tarnished the reputation of Churchill. Everything worked out in the end but the experience was not positive. Jamie’s continuous efforts and those of her regional manager, Christina, are what saved Churchill’s reputation for us.
