I was pre approved with Chris and we put an offer in on our dream house, but another lender came in and offered a slightly lower rate with significantly lower closing costs, so I left Churchill and went to LMCU. We put a $12k non refundable deposit on the house as a part of the offer so that they would hold the house for 10 weeks until we could close, but 10 days before we absolutely HAD to close LMCU totally fell apart.
