For first time home buyers the underwriting process takes a lot more work and information than the standard credit score. It was hard to get in contact with Churchill Mortgage team. Andrew was the only one that was always available but he did not have all the information that we were asking for half of the time and reaching out to Yissel and Deborah was more challenging. But overall we did get the loan on time even though it was last minute.
