Especially when we were learning about mortgages and rates, working with Bridget was fantastic, we very much enJoyed it, very responsive! Once we got Further towards the end of the process we were getting nervous about being able to close on time, but it was another person that was not as responsive, cannot recall the name but it was not Bridget. We did end up closing just fine one time but the communication on the back end of things would be the only thing I could say would need improvement.
