Jennifer did great! However the variety of technology being used at Churchill Mortgage leads to confusion and less than stellar experience. The Mortgage app on the phone is good but seems to be seriously lacking in functionality and therefore requires use of DocuSign, Secure Email and Regular email all which adds unnecessary delay and confusion when communications cross. But Again, I will say Jennifer this is my 4th closing and it was the smoothest ever. Thank you.
