My experience with Kristina was good. Going through the mortgage process during the pandemic was somewhat difficult and there were delays outside of either of our control, but she was very responsive and always took the time to answer my questions. The tools Churchill uses to explain costs and concepts are very user friendly and helped me understand every aspect of my transaction.

Steve is a good listener. Our first conversation offered information with no commitment. Once I decided to apply the rest was so easy. With today’s COVID environment I didn’t have to leave the house. Everything was done with E mail and the Churchill App on my I phone 7. I am saving $500 a month! Thanks to Steve and his team in Kenwood area.
