I appreciate and enjoyed working with Pat. There were issues around closing with miscommunication of exactly what was happening (documents not completed correctly by staff early in the process, extra forms/ information needed at the last minute, not informed of all which was needed at the actual closing, general miscommunication In the closing process). For those reasons not completely satisfied with the whole process.
