Everyone was kind and helpful. My only complaint was: It seemed like the communication was made difficult by involving too many people. It seemed like I kept getting correspondence from someone different which was a little confusing (for me) It might have been just the trying times that we are in which is making it tough on many things. Please take this as positive for your information only if there is any merit to it at all. Other than that everything went well!
