Ability to find the loan we needed though we didn't have any credit. Online documentation and signing tools were very good. Needed more clear expectation on steps of the process we were at. It was very surprising to find out at the very END of our process that we had to wait a definitive period of time from the past short sale (4 years). It would have helped a lot to know that at the beginning.
