Thomas is such a sincere, kind person. He is an asset to the company for sure. He always had our best interest in mind, and communicated in a timely manner. The underwriting process was lengthy, and some of the requests seemed repetitive and/or unnecessary, though this was no fault of Thomas. Overall, the experience was positive and I do believe we made the right decision to refinance with Churchill mortgage, and it was a pleasure working with Thomas through the process.
