Troy and his support team were very helpful, and when we did not understand they would take the time to stop and give us a clear understanding of the process where it was currently at before moving on. I know we live in a world where we do this all via email etc but it was unnerving to send signatures electronically and to provide such critical private information via internet. This was the only part that made us uncomfortable but did not reflect anything negatively towards Troy and his team.
