Michaela was very professional and personable, i.e. down to earth. Kristina Hayes is the BOMB!!! Not only did she quickly identify the best way-forward for me, she delivered three refinance options; of which I was able to consolidated my 1st conventional mortgage with my interest-only 2nd mortgage, saved $400 per month, slipped a month, got a significant escrow refund from my old mortgage company, received a separate refund from the refinance close! Call her up, you can't go wrong!
