This was a VA refinance which means there is a lot of documents to fill in. A customer needs to received a grocery list of needed documents at the beginning. The hardest part of a customer is the DECISION to do a refinance. If a termite inspection maybe required, Murphy's Law claims it will be required. Don't try to by-pass it.
