Chris always made himself available for questions that came up. I had never done a refinance before and so I know I had a little of questions, some of which may have been very simplistic. Chris never got tired of answering every one of them and never made me feel bad for asking even the simplest of question. We hit some snags in the process due to Covid-19 impacting appraisals and such, but Chris worked to clear any obstacle he could to make things smoother. In the end, we closed on time!
