Bridget was very knowledgable. She provided accurate information. The difficulty we had, was in contacting her. After the economic downturn, ( about the 3rd week of March), she was swamped with messages and phone calls. I tried to reach her by e-mail and telephone and left messages. There were times that my messages went unanswered. So I stopped trying to reach her. It wasn't until we were "in a crunch" with a deadline looming, that I would hear from her.

It was great working with Ray. He was more than my lender, he was a home buying coach. Ray is very proactive in reaching out to whomever may be slowing down the process, to make sure we close on time. My seasoned realtor told me on the day of closing said "Thank you for introducing me to Ray". I was part of the no score program that Churchill offers. I shopped around for rates, and the "top choice" mortgage in my area told me he could not even come close to Churchill's rate.
