Ellen was great so I would rate her highly but the process overall with Churchill mortgage was just okay. Especially towards the end they seemed to drop the ball on a few things including asking for the same documents after having already received them and not being understanding about us being new to the process. Buying a house is a stressful process! Ellen was very helpful though.
