The constant communication was great. Joanna was always ready and willing to answer any questions that I needed, and was really awesome about making desired changes to our loan amount when we couldn’t find a house for the original amount requested, and then even the down payment amount too when the economy went down the toilet and we weren’t sure if my husband would still have his job or not. Joanna basically bent over backwards to meet our needs, and I appreciate that!

Kraig really cares about the people he works with. When my husband required emergency surgery in the middle of our refinance, Kraig kept in touch with reassurances that we would not have to start again from scratch and that the process could be suspended until my husband recovered.
