Process was nice. Very understanding doing of our situation. Wish I would have known not to make the last month payment on my old loan. Now I have to wait for the refund. I understand the need to delegate some work but would prefer to speak with original person and not 4 or 5 different people through the process. If you develop a connection with someone it's easier to deal with that one person through the process and all the other hands in the cookie jar
