John was a really kind, knowledgeable and helpful individual. However, once passed from sales to loan preparation the experience was just so so. While Jessica was a very friendly individual, I felt her organization, knowledge of the finer points, and attention to detail could use some improvement. Perhaps it was just a mismatch in communication style... She got the job done in the end but did not instill a ton of confidence along the way.
