The level of communication in the process made the difference. We always knew where we stood and what was needed to complete the refinance. We know that there is a lot of paperwork in this process which can get tedious, however with having the ability to submit and sign documents online, it seemed more streamlined this time around. That said, the best part of the process was knowing that Bridget was available on the phone or in person if we had questions.
