Kraig and his team stayed on top of everything. If I had an issue, they were their to help me through it, they took time to explain things in whatever detail I needed. They were even able to help me understand what a "non-arms" length transaction was and were extremely helpful when I had to reevaluate what we were going to do about housing. Kraig signed us up for his home search app, which helped us out a lot, even though we bought the house we originally started with.
