The overall experience is such that we've become advocates for her services and can't wait until someone comes to us asking for a referral. Clear communication is what made the experience great, the expectations were set early and often. When Adrienne didn't have an answer you knew it because she told you she didn't and where she planned on going to get it. What else? She is human, in a corporate word she allowed us to a personal transaction.
