Overall, we were happy with the service, but there were a couple of instances that were troublesome. First, the wrong inspection was ordered requiring the appraiser to come out again the next day. Also, after we signed paperwork at closing, I received a call from the attorney’s office saying that the lender required a copy of the closing statement from the sale of our old house that happened over a month ago and I already sent to Steven Kim a month earlier.
