From my first phone call with Evan he provided me with the guidance and knowledge of a true professional. I never had to wonder where we were at in the loan process. Due to some complexities with my financial situation I expected there to be issues along the way that might delay or even stop the loan process but in fact we closed on time with out a hitch. Oray and Churchill were very informative for us as 1st time home buyers. Whenever we had a question or needed information Oray or his team were VERY quick to respond. We pursued several other lenders initially as well. Chose CH because truly the customer service provided by Churchill was top notch. There were a few hiccups, but it was always immediately rectified. It was an overall pleasant experience and we have already recommended Churchill Mortgage to family.
