During our time working with Churchill we experienced highs and lows, as with any mortgage process. We experieneced some communication issues that led to some setbacks, but in the end we closed on time; actually a day earlier than planned! Steve went out of his way on several occassions to make sure our loan app was expidited because of the setbacks. He even went into the office on a day off to get our documents submitted. Steve is a great personality and is worth working with.
