Adrienne went over and above my expectations. She kept us well informed every step of the way and, if she was not available to speak immediately, she was very responsive to calls, texts and emails. She even went so far as to physically go to a local branch of the bank we were using and conference called all of us to ensure we all had the same instructions/education about wire transfers. Adrienne and John also made a point to be at our closing to ensure everything went smoothly!
