Deadlines for paperwork needed help, felt rushed. Working 12 hours a day, sometimes makes it difficult to focus on personal life that day. Anticipating paperwork needs would have made this process more efficient. For instance, being informed ahead of time of any paperwork that would possibly be needed instead of last minute.
