This process was so easy and frustration free. We've tried to do the exact same transaction with other institutions before giving up 30 days into the process because of lack of communication and just frustration after frustration. The people there are super friendly and was good to work with but think they should call or txt more ( not just send an email) and not sure how other places are but had to go up there at least 4 times taking different stuff and each time I left I was thinking my part was done but I was wrong, but like I said very nice people.

I put a deposit on a property in Murphy NC and was selling a home in Naples Fl. I had picked up Ashley's business card at her office on a visit to Franklin. I had a number of questions regarding what to do once my home closed in FL and making the move to NC. Chrissy was amazing! She answered every question in detail, and explained things in a very easy to understand manner. We loved working with her so much, even though she was out of our area, she was 100% available for our every question, and made sure to be present on the phone whenever we needed. I hope to not be selling or buying a house again any time soon, but if we do decide to move or purchase a second home, Chrissy will be our first call!
