I was kept informed of the process, what to expect next, and what was completed. The website is easy to navigate to upload documents. The communication and the various options presented to me for what I wanted to do with my current house and purchasing another one. I don't think anyone sleeps or takes a day off because I received responses at night after traditional working hours and on the weekends. Everyone was great to deal with and extremely patient.
