I thought the re-fi process was going to be simple, but it was more confusing than I anticipated. Any questions or concerns I had were answered right away. I was contemplating on rolling a loan into the re-fi, but Ken advised it wouldn't make sense financially. I appreciated that he offered his opinion and opted against doing so. Ken was very helpful and reassured me, which took a lot of stress off my mind.
