Brian calmly explained the lending process simply and honestly. He helped me understand that nothing is for free and that other lenders saying that things are free isn't exactly true. He also worked within a tight window to enable us to keep our closing date that was set with a previous lender. i switched lenders and went with Brian because of the above. He also answered my questions about amortization and calculators. Most importantly, he encouraged us to pay our loan off aggressively.
