Mr. Butterfield and his staff made this as easy on me as they could. They requested what they needed and answered any questions I had promptly. They are the only people who gave me (a person with no credit history) a chance to earn a home loan. Not acquiring hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt and always paying my bills on time is considered an asset to this firm. I'm not sure why so many other firms treated me like I am a conniving psychopath for not being up to my eyeballs in debt??
