My main concern is I did not know nor was I told that our mortgage would be immediately sold to the highest bidder which turned out to be the same mortgage company (Wells Fargo) we had just come from! That was disturbing because we essentially were back where we started with over $4,000 in closing costs added to our mortgage. We actually thought we were getting away from Wells Fargo by going with Churchill.
