The online form process is not easy for the older generation nothing against Joanna, she was very nice and prompt in returning calls. I just feel that the loan process itself ( downloading an ap to my phone to see the quotes, going to a website to view forms figuring out how to esign) was hard to maneuver. I just think those things could have been simplified. I do appreciate all you have done.. Joanna is 5 stars!! process.. meh.. 4
