Jennifer's team was in constant communication with us informing us of next steps, etc. We had not purchased a home since 2008 and things are much different now than they were then. Overall, I was very satisfied with my interactions with Darrell. He did a great job of educating me and answering my questions. He also worked hard to get me a good interest rate and keep me from being too overwhelmed by paperwork. However, there were a few times where he and my realtor were not on the same page with their communication. This caused some delays and a little bit of friction in the background. Making sure that everyone is included on every communication would have fixed this.
