He had great communication. I really liked the weekly updated emails showing the steps and crossed off as they were completed. It was a quick easy way to see our progress and we received those each week without asking. He contacted the realtor group and insurance people when needed. He even stayed in touch briefly while on vacation. Couldn't have asked for a better lender to work with during such a busy time in our lives.
