Mason was great and the whole process went smoothly. The support staff was great as well. However, I did receive a call, from someone on the support staff, after I was scheduled to closed asking me if I had time to look over Mason's refinance proposal and if I had decided to move forward with it or not. Received another call asking the same thing the day after we closed. But it was a great way to make sure nothing was being missed! LOL. My experience was great.
