Victor was amazing to work with. He was very pleasant, informative, and assisted me through the entire process till it was completed and I was satisfied. I called him and emailed him numerous times and his responses were quick and he was very patient and professional. This is my second time working with Victor and he is one of the reasons why I came back the second time. It's people like him that make the process so much more smoother.

I rated the experience great because it was better than OK. It was somewhere in between. Initially, it took 2-3 weeks to get a callback from Churchill. I had to reach back out to Churchill to get a callback. Once Kraig got involved my experience vastly improved. Once I decided to move forward, Kraig's team took over a lot of the duties. It some ways it seemed the communication between them wasn't thorough because I would receive several calls/emails asking for the same documentation.

Is it possible to put 6 stars on this survey? Or 10?! :-) Holly handled a re-fi for us a few years ago so we already knew she was amazing, but she absolutely BLEW. US. AWAY. on our most recent home purchase. Even with a very difficult/frustrating builder situation, Holly stayed politely persistent, she communicated everything to us clearly, and she over-delivered in EVERY way. I can't say enough how thankful we are to her and to Churchill Mortgage for getting us into our "forever" home! ❤️
