I came across Churchill Mortgage from the Dave Ramsey show. I was looking to do a Cash out Refinance, which I ended up not going with. However, I did work with Jacob for a few weeks, and he was happy to go over my options, and stay close beside me as I went through my decision. His communication and follow up skills are fantastic. It feels like you have a friend right beside you. As far as the offer, Jacob went in head first and came back with the best rates, and the lowest fees.He was fantastic
