The communication was very good. The closing was done while I was out of state working, and although it required additional documents, it went very smooth. My interests were kept as priority number 1. The closing was strategic and planned out so it saved me a months worth of interest with my previous mortgage. Since I was out of state, my wife was responsible for the signing. She initially Dreaded it without me there, but it was very smooth and stress free. Thanks Jeff!!
