Tim went way beyond the call of duty for us! He was very thorough and outlined the process clearly from day one. Tim kept in constant contact via email and text with both of us and our realtor. Dale Walker was an amazing loan agent. As first time home buyers, Mr. Walker went above and beyond to educate us about the whole process and walked us through several possible senerios. Mr. Walker checked in with us throughout our home search and always followed up by email or phone call after every conversation. Once we were in escrow, Mr. Walker made himself available to us outside working hours. Would highly recommend Mr.Walker to anyone buying a home, especially new home buyers.
