Sue is a gem in a sea of pebbles and we shopped around! From the first moment we spoke, she was dedicated to make our loan process smooth and uncomplicated. She gave us her personal cell number and urged us to call with any questions. When we did call she would respond in under 10 minutes and always followed up confirming that she had received important paperwork via email.
