Everything was great.. Mary was the best person involved in the whole experience.. I would definitely recommend her. She is definitely an asset to your company. The loan processor could have handled one issue differently that would have made our customer experience much better.. I feel like she worried us needlessly about a coding issue on my husband's credit report. I think that should of been handled, and updated before we were told there was even an isssue.. We were worried for a whole week.

There was a brief wobble with whether or not the file could be closed in 30 vs. 45 days, depending on the amount of my down payment. But the lenders pulled through and got the file closed on Day 30 with all necessary paperwork ready to go! I was briefly uncomfortable with the fact that the possible need for a greater down payment was maybe not explained as well as it could have been, but it became a non-issue ultimately.
