There is nothing I would change about the experience I had working with Joe Gallo. He was attentive, prompt, courteous and extremely professional. Pam was great for the most part. We had communication issues initially that were not completely her fault. However, when getting quotes for fees, what I paid was always more than quoted. I'm very straight forward and prefer exact amounts because when they change even just a little I get suspicious and feel I'm being taken advantage of. I would recommend Pam as long as she didn't have to use the same processor used for me.
