I was doing a cash out refi. My current mortgage holder was trying to have me refi with them. They were telling me they would refi for $2000.00 discount. Randall took the time to compare the loan agreements saying that if it was a better deal to go with my current mortgage My current Wells Fargo was giving the discount but charging more points to make up for the discount. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything to me so I was able to make an informed choice.
