Dealing with just one person. That one person can deal with however many he needs to. I personally don't see it necessary to pass the customer to various specialist throughout the agency to gain the information or have documents signed as needed. To me it would be very easy for me to discard an email from an unrecognizable person. This is the first time I've ever had this type of experience. I would not say it's a bad experience just unusual and in my way of thinking unnecessary.
