From our very first contact through the signing of the papers at the title company tim was with us every single step. No matter the form of communication (email, text, FaceTime)Tim always answered. The time of day or night didn't matter either. Tim answered me via text regularly way after the posted business hours about any and all questions I had at that moment. Tim hustled his tail off to get me the best possible rate during a presidential election, holidays, and the year end.

Seth was kind and patient during this extremely detailed process. I appreciated that there was no "stupid question" and him making me aware of "where we were" in the process. Even though the final out cost did not have the cost savings that I had hoped, I would seek out Seth again because of his knowledge with the process and his ability to communicate information to me in a way that a "layperson" can easily understand.
