Amy was so helpful from the very first phone call. We had an unusual contract but she helped all of the parties involved understand every list item and was very friendly throughout the process. Other mortgage companies I spoke with either were not sure about my questions or they could seem a little condescending. We also closed right before Christmas but Amy was still very responsive during a very busy time of the year when a lot of people are on holiday.
